Key Responsibilities
As a Lab Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating laboratory orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between facilities, technicians, and ordering physicians. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately documenting changes to orders and coordinating estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities
- Confirming receipt of dispatched orders with technicians and facilitating reassignment of orders as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with facilities to schedule and reschedule orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment
- Ability to focus on tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting
Work-From-Home Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Private workspace with minimal distractions and external sounds
- High-speed internet connection (fiber or cable recommended) to support VoIP communications
- Access to a PC (not Chromebook) to run arenaflex's Network Performance Test
