Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries, provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries

  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with airline or travel industry products and services
  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
