Key Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist and Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our users through live chat tools and adhering to our standard operating procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, ensuring that users receive prompt and effective solutions to their queries and issues.
  • Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving issues on both iOS and Android operating systems, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Installing software on supported devices, following established procedures and methods to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to users.
  • Utilizing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring that issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of professional experience in a related field, such as mobile application support, customer service, or technical support.
  • OR an Associate's degree in a relevant field, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Jira experience, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • ITIL Certification, demonstrating your expertise in IT service management and best practices.
  • Agile and scrum methodology experience, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Government work experience, with a strong understanding of government regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store, with a strong understanding of mobile application development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and a diverse range of mobile device makes and models, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Work Schedule

Our Service Desk Specialist and Live Chat Agent role requires a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Your training schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, for three weeks, after which you'll transition to a permanent schedule of Tuesday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM.

Location

Our Denver, CO office is a hub of innovation and collaboration, with a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. As a remote worker, you'll need to be a resident of Colorado and have a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

Duration

This role is a fixed-term contract of 8+ months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position, depending on performance and business needs.
