Salary/Wage: $50,000 - $60,000/yr. Shift and Schedule: Mon. - Fri. (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Job Type: Full-Time _______________________ Job Summary/Description: Gray Digital Media is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SEO Specialist to work on our Managed Platforms Team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to oversee SEO campaigns, as well as other digital ad campaigns that are fulfilled by our digital partners. You'll drive seamless executions and optimizations across various digital channels. This role will work cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to drive meaningful and proven results for our clients. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the team’s Search Engine Optimization/Artificial Intelligence Optimization (SEO/AIO) product expert, with knowledge of both organic and local SEO, and how AI is changing the search landscape.
• Provide excellent customer service as the liaison between sales teams and the SEO team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that could potentially delay SEO campaign launches, such as access to a client’s CMS and Google platforms.
• Monitor the onboarding and ongoing pacing of SEO and other digital advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate implementation and full delivery.
• Ensure all campaign revisions are fully communicated and executed with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain processes and best practices and provide suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of field experience
• Highly motivated individual who is proactive and can work independently, while also collaborating within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and respond urgently to matters involving high-priority campaigns and escalations.
• Superior communication and presentation skills with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally amongst various departments.
• Eagerness to learn a variety of digital order management and reporting platforms.
• Experience implementing and managing SEO/AIO campaigns, with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
