Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with Arenaflex. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build trust and rapport with customers, while your technical skills will allow you to navigate our systems and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and surveys
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, including new features and releases
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Strong command of the Spanish language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role with a technology or software company

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
