Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across various industries, including dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods. You will also be expected to source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis and complete end-to-end member requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer service role in the dining, experiences, travel, or luxury goods industries - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
