Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with Arenaflex products or services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
