Job Summary
As an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, offering samples, and leading engaging marketing and wellness programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Greet every customer warmly and ensure a high level of hospitality
- Support team members by ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to supervisors
- Maintain current marketing, wellness, and culinary programs
- Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests
- Share best practices and recognize the efforts of co-workers
- Advocate for effective selling techniques and assist customers in their decision-making process
- Ensure that display foods are attractively presented and served according to standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration
- Ability to understand and communicate daily menu items effectively
- Knowledge of effective selling techniques
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in events is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
