What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is engaging, valuable, and memorable. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer sales questions, and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and empathetic manner
  • Resolve customer issues and answer sales questions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional experiences

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
