Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients, including product demonstrations, trials, and implementation support
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a software or technology company

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger)
