Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you provide services. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving to meet customer needs.
  • Assess customer needs quickly and provide sound solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document details of all calls and customer interactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
  • Basic typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations, but you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, including passing a background/credit check.
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Complete a W9 form.
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn a higher income based on your availability.

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to meet our basic technology requirements, which include:

  • A Windows-based computer or laptop.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A headset or other audio equipment.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
