Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. Qualifications

Standard Requirements

* Customer experience preferred but not required; however, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills is necessary.
  • Skilled in spelling and grammar rules, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Willingness to submit to standard background checks, drug tests, technology checks, and voice assessments.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to striving for high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Articulate with excellent command of the English language.
  • 18 years old or older.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Reside in the US.
  • Not eligible to residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification required.
