Job Summary

As the Head of Performance Marketing and Customer-Led Growth, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You'll lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns, optimize customer experiences, and measure the impact of our marketing efforts. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve, innovate, and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives and growth goals - Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to create integrated marketing campaigns and optimize customer experiences - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance - Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives - Measure and report on the impact of marketing efforts, using data and analytics to inform future strategies - Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning - Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for marketing initiatives - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics tools - Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
