Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure their satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to validate orders, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate information to customers. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) data with precision, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions
  • Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, ensuring seamless order processing
  • Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales teams
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists, supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing processes, and following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales Reps to resolve product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction

What You Need

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience
  • Experience as an account representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar systems is a plus
