Your Responsibilities

As Interim Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Full ownership of the customer lifecycle in the DACH region: You will oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to long-term retention, with a focus on large radiology networks and chains in the German-speaking region.
  • Building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships: You will establish and maintain close, strategic relationships with key partners and decision-makers in radiology, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and high customer satisfaction: You will work closely with our teams to ensure a smooth implementation and training process for our AI-powered MRI solutions, resulting in high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and implementing tailored success plans: You will create customized success plans to maximize customer value and drive long-term retention, identifying opportunities for upselling and strategic support during rollouts to additional sites or expanded product use.
  • Collaboration with product, sales, and support teams: You will work closely with our product, sales, and support teams to continuously improve our solutions and services based on customer feedback, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Developing and establishing reporting structures and KPIs: You will design and implement reporting structures and KPIs to measure Customer Success and support data-driven decision-making, driving business growth and optimization.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven professional experience in radiology: You should have a strong background in radiology, ideally complemented by knowledge of MRI imaging and artificial intelligence.
  • Leadership experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development: You should have experience in a leadership role within Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a fast-growing HealthTech or MedTech startup.
  • Deep understanding of radiology practices and digitalization challenges: You should have a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of radiology practices, especially in the context of digitalization and automation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with medical decision-makers: You should have excellent communication skills and experience working with medical decision-makers, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset: You should be an independent, solution-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English skills: You should be fluent in German (spoken and written) and have very good English skills.
