Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Programs Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and leading high-impact customer programs that drive advocacy, lifecycle marketing, and internal change management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program strategies that meet business objectives
  • Managing and operationalizing programs within Salesforce and Gainsight platforms
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal teams
  • Analyzing program metrics and providing data-driven insights to inform future program development
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading internal enablement or change management rollouts to ensure seamless adoption and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer programs, customer marketing, or program/project management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Gainsight, with the ability to operationalize programs within these platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive clarity across diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Experience leading internal enablement or change management rollouts
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion), and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci
  • Certification in program management, marketing, or a related field
