Key Responsibilities

As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers via email and live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including email and chat logs
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and accurate support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field, with a focus on email and/or chat support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with common help desk/ticketing solutions and CRM tools, such as Zendesk, is a plus
  • Exposure to fraud or risk management is a plus, but not required
