Job Summary

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of our largest and most strategic insurance customers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, develop deep relationships, and drive strategic alignment to maximize customer value and retention. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer success, strategic consulting, and account management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with complex technical and business requirements

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize customer value and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives in the insurance and geospatial technology sectors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Develop and deliver customized solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize customer success initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and account management

Requirements

* 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Strategic Consulting, or related roles

  • Demonstrated success managing high-value enterprise accounts with complex technical and business requirements
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives in the insurance or geospatial technology sectors preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance and geospatial technology sectors
