Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to showcase arenaflex's solutions and value proposition
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales role at a software or technology company

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
