Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, while also providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service role within the technology or software industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification)
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or Zoho CRM
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as the SPIN selling technique or the Challenger Sale

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commission: 10% - 20% of sales revenue, depending on performance
