Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in growing our network of senior living community partners. This business development role is focused on identifying, engaging, and signing new community partners that meet arenaflex's high standards of care and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand arenaflex's network of qualified senior living communities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage executive decision makers through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Deliver compelling pitches that communicate arenaflex's value proposition, services, and partnership model
  • Sign highly qualified communities that align with our customer needs and compliance standards
  • Meet and exceed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) including outreach and new partner signings
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth handoff and strong partner experience
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM tool (Salesforce), and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Travel as needed for field meetings and industry events

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the senior living, healthcare, or housing industries

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging new partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to executives and owners
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and common business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign)
  • Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory and compliance standards
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with sound judgment

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base Rate: $37.79- $39.22 per hour
  • Bonus: $22,500
