The Role
As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll work closely with customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania to assess their platform and infrastructure needs. You'll design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools. This is a remote-first role with a global remit, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse team of experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs
- Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools
- Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi
- Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement to customers
- Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures to customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve our offerings
- Represent arenaflex at industry events and community meetups
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)
- Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
