About the Role

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, technical coordination, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via email, responding to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, and troubleshooting user issues to guide them toward resolution.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Serving as a liaison between the support and technical teams, facilitating team discussions, meetings, and hand-offs through Discord.
  • Tracking and communicating user-reported bugs, feedback, and feature requests to ensure timely resolution and improvement.
  • Processing improvement and documentation, creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal guides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Identifying gaps in existing processes and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

Leadership & Team Collaboration (Preferred)

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives or small teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll mentor new team members and share best practices to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Discord and other collaboration tools, with the ability to create and update internal documentation.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional coordination, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required.

Application Software Knowledgeable/Required

As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, you'll need to be proficient in:

  • Discord (internal team communications)
  • Google Sheets
