Key Responsibilities
As a Test Engineer on our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging team, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineers to design and execute packaging machinery and automation projects
- Designing and conducting rigorous product testing in arenaflex's labs or in the field at Operational sites
- Testing system, subsystem, and component level using Mechatronic principles
- Supporting the improvement of system requirements
- Providing test result reports to stakeholders

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance Engineering experience
- Experience in verification and validation testing
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience working in new technology or product development
- 75% National Travel required
Preferred Qualifications
If you have:
- Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Understanding of safety systems
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate coverage of requirements
- Deep hands-on technical expertise in testing of electro-mechanical systems
- Experience analyzing complex data
- Experience in automation or robotic systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
- Basic coding/scripting capabilities (Python preferred)
- Experience in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Ability and desire to work hands-on in lab environments
- Experience with Minitab, R, or other statistical packages and methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
