Key Responsibilities

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our Italian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about smart home products and services.
  • Assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical support to enhance their smart home experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately, recording inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and ensure swift solutions for customers.
  • Staying informed about the latest smart home technologies and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engaging with customers proactively to build relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
