Responsibilities

As a Customer Success/Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through onboarding and account activation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Educating customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value, to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Assisting with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login, and providing timely support to ensure customers can access our products quickly.
  • Providing consultative support to ensure customers understand how our products meet their business needs, and offering tailored solutions to address their concerns.
  • Monitoring customer progress and sending reminders to encourage first-time use, helping customers get the most out of our products.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A strong understanding of the LATAM region and its cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt to local customs and preferences.
  • A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup, with the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
