As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers through live chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective live chat strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Contract Length and Rate

We offer flexible contract lengths, with no fixed term, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and performance.

Skills and Background

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A reliable device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location

We offer flexible scheduling, with the option to work between 5 and 40 hours per week. Our remote work environment allows you to work from anywhere in the world, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
