What You'll Be Doing:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts

  • Provide solutions and support to customers across various platforms
  • Foster loyalty and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Device Requirements: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to Detail: Closely follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Availability: Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Ensure a stable and fast internet connection to support live chat functionality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or social media support environment

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer inquiries
