Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager II, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Web Performance and Security customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to drive customer success. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and renewal, while also providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the primary trusted point of contact for key customer stakeholders, building relationships and driving customer success

  • Manage daily account responsibilities, including facilitating meetings, resolving escalations, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and related tasks
  • Create a success plan to help customers adopt and operationalize arenaflex products, achieving their business goals
  • Monitor customer health and usage to identify risks, ensure adoption, renewals, and overall account health
  • Partner with the Sales team on renewal activities

Requirements

* 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • High school or Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of internet technologies, security, web analytics, and digital performance management solutions
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Web Performance and Security customers

  • Proven track record of driving customer success and adoption
  • Strong understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
