Job Summary

As a Customer Content Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues related to 3D visuals implementation on client websites
  • Utilizing our custom-built CMS platform to manage and deploy 3D visuals
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in 3D visuals and web technology

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Service Management: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to 3D visuals implementation on client websites

  • 3D Visuals Implementation: Utilize our custom-built CMS platform to manage and deploy 3D visuals on client websites
  • Customer Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve technical issues
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 3D visuals and web technology to provide expert advice and support
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and resolution of technical issues

Essential Qualifications

* Near-native English, both written and spoken

  • Friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • Familiarity with web technology and CMS platforms
  • Experience working with 3D visuals or similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of a major world language in addition to English

  • Familiarity and affinity with consumer electronics
  • Affinity or experience with web development
  • Experience working with a CMS platform
