- Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar.
- Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets.
- Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals.
- Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.
- Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar.
- Specify users and user access levels for Waystar.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Highly effective communicator with superior listening, understanding, speaking, and writing skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must be able to communicate issues and offer suggestions to management for process improvement.

- Associate degree Preferred.
- CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the home infusion industry required.
- Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday.
- Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.
- Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.
- Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork
- Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.
