Responsibilities:
As a Remote Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing Inbound Service Calls: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
- Booking and Updating Airline Reservations: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
- Communicating Comprehensive Information: Share detailed information with travelers about our products and policies.
- Balancing Company Values and Performance Goals: Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience working in a call center environment: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
