What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high-quality support
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional support experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Hebrew (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and English B2 skills
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a technical or software-related field
  • Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Experience in technical support, preferably in a software or hardware-related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
