Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development activities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
