Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for proactively managing post-sales customer relationships, measuring customer health, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve customer success. Key Responsibilities

* Proactively manage post-sales customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand customer adoption, and enhance customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct regular customer health checks to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted plans to address customer needs
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide expert guidance and support to customers
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, installation, or configuration in a technical field

  • 5+ years of experience supporting customers in a business-to-business technical industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on enhancing customer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
