We're hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for our call center team, and we're looking for compassionate individuals who can make a real difference in the lives of our members. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the human connection that makes our service exceptional. You'll handle incoming calls, research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, accurately document call details, and communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.

Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
• Accurately documenting call details
• Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
• Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily

• Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required
• At Least 1 Year of Experience in a Call Center Environment: Required

• Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job: Preferably in customer service
• Reliable Attendance: No absences in the first 90 days
• Typing at Least 25 WPM: Required
• Hardwired Internet Connection: With minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
• Secure, Private Work Area: At home
