Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly via live chat software.
  • Managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Providing feedback on chat interactions and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customers.

Contract Details

* Flexible contract with no fixed end date.

  • Rate: $35 per hour based on experience and performance.
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of running live chat software (smartphone, tablet, or laptop). + Strong written communication skills with the ability to interpret customer needs effectively. + No prior experience necessary; however, a customer-centric mindset is essential. + Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours.
