Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 12-month temporary opportunity. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, working from the comfort of your own home with all necessary equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to clients' customers during late-night hours

  • Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Proficiency in typing (45 wpm) and speaking on the phone simultaneously
  • Experience working with computer systems and software applications
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
