Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our live chat support team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions in real-time through chat support.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns regarding orders, shipments, returns, and more.
  • Ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for arenaflex customers.
  • Adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding orders, shipments, returns, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various computer systems with ease.
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Chinese, etc.).
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
