Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and provide support for various IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and provide support for various IT projects
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of our software applications
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for data entry processes and procedures
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, D3.js)
- Certification in data analysis or IT (e.g. CompTIA, Certified Data Analyst)
