Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service to our customers, engaging directly with them to resolve their issues and maximize their investments in Ring products
- Being a voice and advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement to enhance their experience
- Working with customers to understand how they use Ring products, identifying trends, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs
- Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and advocating for customer experience improvements
- Assisting with customer communication and troubleshooting during Ring product launches, ensuring a seamless and high-quality level of support
- Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements
- Handling various contact types, including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls, to provide a consistent and highest-quality level of support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, with a strong proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on technical support or product expertise
