The Role
As a Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representative, you'll be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Using your sales and communication skills to upsell products and services that meet the needs of our customers
- Building rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs, and prioritizing their interests
- Providing peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer, ensuring they receive the best possible experience

The Experience and Skills You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
- A background in targeted sales and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- A driven mindset, strong customer service and sales skills, and a love for hitting targets
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience, with an unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
