Job Summary

As a Remote Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Taking complex customer orders, processing financial transactions, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • Stocking materials, managing the production queue, and outputting complex projects
  • Managing retail supply, completing assigned tasks, and adhering to arenaflex's standards and policies
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and promoting arenaflex's products and services

  • Take complex customer orders, process financial transactions, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • Stock materials, manage the production queue, and output complex projects
  • Manage retail supply, complete assigned tasks, and adhere to arenaflex's standards and policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of printing, binding, and shipping equipment and processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
