About the Job

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our financial operations and accounting functions, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You'll be the primary point of contact for financial data entry, reconciliations, and analysis, and will play a key role in driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily and monthly financial data entry and reconciliations for various financial systems and accounts

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and financial statement preparation
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal controls
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in financial data entry, reconciliations, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
• Experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA certification or equivalent

• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong leadership and project management skills
