Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support across a wide range of products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with technical and non-technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Providing product and service information, troubleshooting assistance, and step-by-step guidance
  • Resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor
  • Staying updated on arenaflex's latest products, software, and services
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality and following arenaflex's policies and procedures

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Technical proficiency with arenaflex products (arenaflex devices, software, etc.) is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
