Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service, and you'll have the opportunity to learn about the healthcare industry while broadening your experience and opening the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
  • Provide personalized solutions to facilitate treatment and improve the overall experience of our members
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefits
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
