The Role

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in resolving hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Assigning work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and following through to closure
• Diagnosing issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
• Activating the Support Analyst in case the remote guidance is not successful, registering and archiving the call, and summarizing the outcome for evaluation and performance improvement
• Performing other duties related to the position, as directed by your superior

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Portuguese Bilingual (fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese)
• Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training will be provided)

Work Schedule

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Our standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo. You'll be required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
