Our team of property managers provides top-notch services to our clients, and we're now looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our customer support team as Online Chat Support Representatives. This role places you at the forefront of our customer support, handling inquiries via email, chat, and direct messaging.
Your Role at arenaflex
As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions. Your main tasks will involve:
- Expressing genuine empathy and concern for your customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
- Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
- Keeping up with multiple chats at a time
- Accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
- Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
- Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
- Multi-tasking using multiple systems
- Skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities
- The ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
- A great understanding of text and chat acronyms
- Excellent grammar, but also the ability to use the lingo when necessary
- Previous work-from-home experience is preferred
- An understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
