Job Overview

As a German Night Shift Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our German-speaking customers via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems and assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to our German-speaking customers via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work independently and in a team, even in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required.

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
