Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Female Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Key Responsibilities

As a Female Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to resolve queries related to our website services.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering support on technical issues, product information, and booking processes.
  • Troubleshooting basic website issues and escalating more complex problems to the relevant team.
  • Maintaining a friendly and empathetic approach while assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to contribute to the improvement of website performance and user experience.
  • Following up on customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in tourism or related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms, WhatsApp, and email communication tools.
  • Basic understanding of website functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary and performance-based incentives to recognize your hard work and dedication. Our compensation package includes:

  • Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month.

Schedule

As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule. However, we do require a commitment to working a minimum of 8 hours per day, with regular breaks and time off for rest and relaxation.

Education and Experience

Language
